Meditation

Meditation is an approach that anyone can use to help them cope better with stress and anxiety, manage nerves or simply just to get in touch with your inner self. There are many benefits both psychological and physical with the regular practice of meditation, relaxation and a decrease in stress are rather obvious benefits, but many people do not realize that meditation can also improve moods and memory and decrease moodiness and depression, as well as reduce blood pressure.

Healing
We provide Spiritual Healing to those who ask for it. It has been used down through the ages in many cultures and those who are able to be a channel for it are also those who have a wish to help others and can empathise with them. The time for the healing to be given may be a few minutes to fifteen minutes, and it may be mental or physical depending on what those in spirit think is best needed at the time.
 
There is no need to remove any clothing other than what is comfortable for you.
